Kestrion started with a simple frustration: talented people were spending hours a week on applications that vanished into applicant tracking systems, while recruiters were drowning in resumes that didn’t match what they actually needed.
We built Kestrion around a different idea — one real profile, discovered directly. Applicants describe their skills, experience, and preferences once. Recruiters search that pool the way they’d search anything else worth finding — by what actually matters, not by who applied first.
