Community Guidelines

Kestrion works because recruiters and applicants can trust the person on the other end of a conversation. These guidelines describe the everyday behavior we expect — separate from the formal rules in our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

Use your real name and real experience. Recruiters should represent their actual company and actual open roles. Trust on Kestrion starts with everyone showing up as themselves.

• Respond to messages in good faith, even to say you're not interested
• Keep feedback constructive — a "no" doesn't require an explanation, but it shouldn't be unkind
• Don't pressure anyone to move off-platform, rush a decision, or share information they're not comfortable sharing

If something feels off — a message, a profile, an offer — use the Report option or contact safety@kestrion.co. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, and reporting in good faith never puts your own account at risk. If your own account is ever suspended or banned and you believe that was a mistake, contact safety@kestrion.co to request a review.
