Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kestrion, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Recruiter accounts must be tied to a verifiable company and a work email address.

Kestrion facilitates direct connections between recruiters and applicants. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any hiring outcome. We are not a party to any employment relationship, offer, or agreement formed between an applicant and a recruiter or company using the platform.

• No fraudulent job offers, fake companies, or misrepresentation of identity
• No requests for payment, fees, or financial information from candidates as a condition of employment
• No harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward other users
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automated access to the platform
• No circumventing verification, moderation, or fraud-detection systems

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination, at our discretion. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for detail.

Recruiters agree to represent only genuine, currently available roles, to complete company verification truthfully, and to comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and labor laws in the jurisdictions where they hire.

Applicant accounts are free. Recruiter subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected, and may be changed or canceled at any time from Billing in the recruiter dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Kestrion and its logos, design, and software are owned by Kestrion LLC. You retain ownership of the content you upload (resumes, profile information, company materials), and grant us a limited license to display and process it to operate the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to other users, with or without notice depending on severity.

Kestrion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kestrion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including employment decisions made by third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kestrion LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) content you submit, including job listings, messages, or profile information; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your violation of any right of a third party, including in connection with hiring decisions or employment relationships formed through the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
