Copyright Policy (DMCA)

1. Overview
Kestrion respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
2. Filing a notice of infringement
If you believe content on Kestrion infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ copyright will be suspended or terminated.
5. Designated agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent at legal@kestrion.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice.”
