Anti-Discrimination Policy
Last updated July 13, 2026
1. Prohibited conduct
Recruiters may not discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law, at any stage of using Kestrion.
2. Search and filtering
- Recruiters may not use Kestrion's search or filtering tools to exclude candidates based on a protected characteristic
- Filters must be based on job-relevant criteria — skills, experience, industry, availability — not proxies for a protected class
3. Outreach and role descriptions
Recruiters may not word outreach messages or role descriptions in a way that discourages qualified candidates from a protected group from responding or applying.
4. Reporting a concern
Report discrimination through the Report option on any profile or message, or by contacting safety@kestrion.com directly. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. See also our Anti-Harassment Policy and Equal Employment Opportunity Statement.
