CCPA Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

• Identifiers — name, email, account ID
• Professional or employment information — resume, work history, skills, company details
• Internet activity — pages viewed, searches performed, device and browser information
• Commercial information — recruiter subscription plan and billing history

Kestrion does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months.

• Right to know what personal information we've collected, used, and disclosed
• Right to delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable — we don't sell or share)
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information

Submit a request to privacy@kestrion.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling access or deletion requests, and will respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA.

We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your CCPA rights.
