Anti-Harassment Policy

Harassment of any kind is prohibited on Kestrion — between recruiters and applicants, and between any other users of the platform.

• Unwelcome comments about a protected characteristic
• Sexual harassment, including unwanted advances or comments
• Repeated unwanted contact after a candidate or recruiter has declined to continue a conversation
• Threats, intimidation, or abusive language directed at another user

Harassment is grounds for immediate account action, up to and including permanent termination, regardless of whether the conduct also violates the law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Report harassment through the Report option on any profile or message, or by contacting safety@kestrion.com directly. Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith. See also our Anti-Discrimination Policy.
